Goals
The objectives of the training Lockout/tagout course and certificate :
• Understand the different types of hazardous energy that power machines and installations.
• Identify and select the appropriate locking and labelling devices that can be used to isolate a machine from its energy sources.
• Draft consignments to carry out safe interventions on machines and installations.
• Know how to develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of a LOTO lockout and tagout programme.
