"Page", domain www.spain.apave.com is made available to Internet Users.

"User", the natural or legal person who uses or browses the Site.

"Content" means the pages that make up the entire domain www.eurocontrol.eslas which contain the information and services that Apave makes available to Internet Users. They contain the messages, texts, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, technology, links, textures, drawings, sound and/or image files, recordings, software, appearance, graphic design and source codes and, in general, any kind of material contained in the Site.

"Web", technical word that describes the system of access to information via the Internet, which is configured by means of pages made with HTML or similar language, and programming mechanisms such as java, javascript, PHP, or others, etc... These pages designed and published under an Internet domain name are the result of the information that the owner makes available to Internet Users.

"Hyperlink", technique by which a User can browse different pages of the Web, or the Internet, with a simple click on the text, icon, button or indicative that contains the link.

"Services", web pages, social networks, blogs and other platforms on which Apave has a presence, and through which it offers services to users or constitutes a channel of communication with them, or of dissemination of the activity carried out by Apave.

"Cookies", technical means for the "traceability" and monitoring of navigation on websites. These are small text files that are written on the User's computer. This method has implications for privacy, and Apave shall therefore give appropriate and reliable notice of their use when they are implemented on the Site.

The mere and simple use of the Websites, Blogs for which Apave is responsible or participation in Social Networks in which it is present (hereinafter "the services") grants the status of user and implies the full, complete and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in the Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, he/she shall refrain from using the Pages, Blogs or participating in the Social Networks.

This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates and therefore the version published by Apave may be different each time the User accesses the services offered. Therefore, the User must read the Legal Notice each and every time he/she makes use of the services offered.

Through the Site, Users are provided with access to and use of various Content published on the Internet by Apave or by authorised third parties.

The User is obliged and undertakes to use the Services and the Content in accordance with the legislation in force, the Legal Notice, and any other notice or instructions made known to the User, whether by means of this legal notice or elsewhere within the Content which makes up the services, as well as with the generally accepted rules of coexistence, morality and good customs.

To this end, the User agrees and undertakes NOT to use any of the Contents for illicit purposes or effects, prohibited in the Legal Notice or by current legislation, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or which in any way may damage, render useless, overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of the Contents, computer equipment or documents, files and all types of content stored on any computer equipment owned or contracted by Apave, other Users or any Internet user (hardware and software).

Furthermore, in accordance with the above, the User shall not remove, manipulate or in any way alter the copyright and other data identifying the reservation of rights by Apave or its owners, the fingerprints and/or digital identifiers, or any other technical means established for their recognition.

The User shall refrain from obtaining or even attempting to obtain the Contents by using means or procedures other than those which, as the case may be, have been made available for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the web pages where the Contents are located or, in general, those which are normally used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Site and/or the Contents.

Apave is not liable for the transmission, dissemination or making available to third parties of any material contained on the Site, such as information, texts, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, logos, trademarks, icons, links, graphic designs, source codes or any other material to which it has access as a user of the Site. The use of the content by users shall be carried out in such a way that the image and name of Apave is not damaged.

Apave is not responsible for the use made of the contents by users, nor does it sponsor, collaborate with or share the opinions which may be given by users or on the websites from which the contents made available to them are downloaded. In the event that Apave detects the use of the content for purposes which could, in the opinion of Apave, damage its image, the mere communication by e-mail to the person responsible for the misuse of the content shall be sufficient for him/her to cease using the content of the Apave website.

Apave will do its utmost to offer an available and verified site but cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, typographical errors, omissions, lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on its Site.

Apave cannot be held responsible for any disruptions or interruptions to the Internet access networks, failure of the client's computer or telephone equipment and, more generally, for any event linked to Internet access conditions. Indeed, the connection to the Site is made under the entire responsibility of the customer.

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind which appear on the Site are the property of Apave or, where applicable, of third parties who have authorised their use, and it may not be understood that the use of or access to the services and the Contents attributes to the User any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs, and that none of the exploitation rights which exist or may exist over the said Contents may be understood to have been transferred to the User.

Unauthorised use of the information contained in this website, as well as any breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of Apave or of third parties included in the Site who have transferred content, shall give rise to the legally established responsibilities.

The images and contents which users may publish or link to through the services offered by Apave are not subject to copyright. The user shall be liable for any claims against Apave for copyright infringement of the content published by the user.

Persons intending to establish hyperlinks between their website and the services shall observe and comply with the following conditions:

• No prior authorisation is required if the Hyperlink only allows access to the homepage, but may not reproduce it in any form. Any other form of Hyperlink shall require the express and unequivocal written permission of Apave.
• No frames shall be created with the Apave websites or on the Apave websites.
• No false, inaccurate or offensive statements or indications shall be made about Eurocontrol, its directors, employees or collaborators, or the persons who are related to the Site for any reason, or the Users of the Site, or the Content provided.
• It shall not be stated or implied that Apave has authorised the Hyperlink or that it has supervised or assumed in any way the Contents offered or made available on the website where the Hyperlink is established.
• The Web page on which the Hyperlink is established may only contain what is strictly necessary to identify the destination of the Hyperlink.
• The web page on which the Hyperlink is established shall not contain information or content that is illicit, contrary to morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor shall it contain content that is contrary to any third party rights.

Apave does not guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors in access to the Site or its contents, nor that these are up to date, although it shall make its best efforts to avoid, correct or update them, if necessary. Consequently, Apave shall not be liable for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks which lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Website during the provision of the same or beforehand.

Apave excludes, with the exceptions contemplated in the legislation in force, any liability for damages of any nature which may be due to the lack of availability, continuity or quality of the operation of the Website and its Contents, or to the non-fulfilment of the expectations of usefulness which users may have attributed to the Website and its Contents.

The function of the hyperlinks appearing on this website is exclusively to inform the user of the existence of other websites containing information on the subject.

Apave is not responsible for the contents of such linked sites, the operation or usefulness of the Hyperlinks or the results of such links, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the same which may cause alterations to the user's computer system (hardware and software), documents or files, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

Access to the Site does not imply any obligation on the part of Apave to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. In any case, it is the responsibility of the User to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs, therefore Apave shall not be held liable for any possible security errors which may occur during the provision of the service of the Site, nor for any possible damage which may be caused by the use of the Site, nor for any possible damage that may be caused to the user's or third parties' computer systems (hardware and software), files or documents stored therein, as a consequence of the presence of a virus in the user's computer used to connect to the services and contents of the Website, a malfunction of the browser or the use of non-updated versions of the same.

Given the dynamic and changing environment of the information and content provided through the services, Apave makes its best effort, but does not guarantee the complete truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness and/or timeliness of the Content.
