Training in confined space work

Goals

The objectives of the training Training in confined space work :

• Prior knowledge and exhaustive identification of the risks involved in working in confined spaces.
• Identification of the risks that may arise during the activity carried out inside confined spaces.
• Apply prevention and protection measures against risks associated with working in confined spaces.
• Carry out work in confined spaces safely, in accordance with existing regulations. Understand the characteristics, purpose, checks, use and maintenance of signalling equipment and individual and collective protective equipment specific to work in confined spaces.
• Use of equipment for measuring and monitoring the atmosphere inside confined spaces.
• Understand the types of devices used to signal confined spaces, their characteristics and how to use them.
• Provide knowledge on evacuation and firefighting in areas with poor visibility, as well as on the use of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).
• Legal requirements arising from working in confined spaces: appointment of Preventive Resources.
