Apave has expert personnel in the activation and monitoring of orders with the aim of ensuring that delivery deadlines are met by meeting the established quality and contractual requirements. Among other activities Apave carries out the following:

  • Verification of Manufacturing Programmes.
  • Monitoring and Activation of Orders to ensure compliance with the Planned Programmes, both in the process of basic and detailed Engineering, purchase specifications, supply and deadlines (monitoring of sub-suppliers), manufacture in our own and external workshops, external subcontracting of inspection and testing and special processes not included in the manufacturing workshops, pickling&pasivation, paint blasting, etc.

We evaluate your service providers and suppliers in the industry according to your specifications and our own audit processes. From compliance with ISO standards, to the technical examination of qualifications, through compliance with commitment charters, Apave assists you in the selection and evaluation of manufacturers, assemblers, engineering and service companies you wish to use.

Apave carries out the verification by means of examinations and evaluations that the applied parts of a quality assurance programme have been developed, documented and executed in accordance with the requirements specified in said programme, having extensive experience in carrying out audits of manufacturers, assemblers, engineering and service companies. As well as assembly workshops, machining, boiler shops, etc...

Welded joints can be checked by various destructive testing techniques (microstructure, tensile tests, bending tests, microhardness filiations, macrographic examinations, chemical analyses, etc.) to ensure their conformity.
